I was just catching up on the forum and I would suggest Godaddy.com They have great support and the domain fee is just $7.95 and my hosting fee with a merchant account is under $20 a month. I built my beginner website with ms front page but godaddy.com has a click and paste web builder that I'm going to try. I will let you know.
