needing a purpose statement and mission statement soon. Anyone want to chime in here ?

Our purpose is to : tell the story of how custom slipocovers get made
show you who makes them
show you picture samples of the process
provide consumers information about choice
promote the home based and small producers of slipcover
illustrate ready mades and custom to help you compare


our mission statement: to provide the consumers of slipcovers with a direct source, useful information to help you choose, and a better product .

That's what I want to say : that's not how I want to say it. I think it can be more folksy and direct. Anybody ?
