On the T part of the deck... did you just cut around that inside corner? Or is there a separate piece? I ask because I always make a mess there. and am thinking about using another piece of fabric for the T.
I'm interested in knowing that, too. Wouldn't the arms and sides need to be perfectly square/perpendicular to each other? How'd you do it?
I've had such trouble with one-piece T-cushion decks that I'm giving up even trying. I'm re-drafting the one I'm working on to have a two-piece T. *bleah*

This fabric was actually great to work with, but yes no stretch.
The t area I usually do in one piece, but if you mess up you can always added that part.
One piece just keeps it simplier.

The arm had a slight slop but I was still able to drap the fabric and not put a seam on the outside arm.
The fabric had little stretch, and that is why it may have worked.
If I don't have to put a seam because of fabric pattern then I pass on using a seam.
