We do not have before photos of the sofa.
We remembered that we wanted to take "before" pictures after the cushions were already in their covers. At that point, we didn't want to undo them.
I can describe it though. It's from the 80's. It has wide green and white stripes. The scrolls are gathered with a button in the center. It has no legs. The sides go to the floor. The front apron doesn't hit the floor. It's filthy. My girlfriend always had it covered with one of those tie-on slipcovers.
This fabric from craigslist was 54 yards plus three pillows with inserts (one of them feather) for $74. It wasn't a perfect choice, but her husband has been unemployed for almost two years and they needed an inexpensive sprucing up.
