Undergarment Advise


Question - I just received a slipcover job - 4 leather bar stools (the seats are a full parson) What would I make the undergarment out of so that the decorative fabric doesn't shift around?

would the bar stool users be children ? Would the covers not having been stapled become perhaps a safety issue ?
